Reilly Cooper Carter

Reilly is quite the ding dong.  He is devoted to his older brother (Rusty), and has a strange predilection to licking his ears.  He would not be suitable for any cabinet post as he can be easily bought with cheese. However, he’s a close friend of Mr. Pip so it doesn’t matter. He loves his squeak toy that Mr. Pip sent him last Christmas and said that cinched his vote.*
